Pastor Franck MUBIRA

Reverend Pastor Franck Mubira

Visionary & Senior Pastor of Kisima Bethsaida Ministries

Reverend Pastor Franck Mubira— widely known and respected in Kampala as Justin Mutumbi, is a compassionate spiritual leader, an anointed teacher of the Word, and a visionary heavily burdened with a mandate for global spiritual revival. He is the founder and spiritual father of Kisima Bethsaida Ministries, a thriving community born out of intense prayer, deep faith, and a relentless pursuit of God's presence.

A Youth Entirely Consecrated to the Kingdom

Pastor Franck’s journey with Christ is rooted in a lifelong altar of service. Born and raised within a fervent, deeply dedicated Christian household, he developed an exceptional and precocious love for the house of God from his earliest childhood.

At the tender age of 9, in his native village, he was already actively volunteering and investing his energy into local church activities. This early zeal matured into undeniable spiritual leadership. As a young man in Goma, he was trusted to lead and shepherd the Christian Youth Ministry, a responsibility he carried with burning passion and administrative excellence for six consecutive years.

The Anointed Worship Leader and the "Tipoy" Legacy

Pastor Franck’s early ministry was also marked by a profound musical calling. A multi-talented musician, he served the Body of Christ as a spirit-led worship leader, a skilled guitarist, and a remarkably gifted drummer. His passion for spreading the fire of worship was so consuming that he regularly traveled from village to village to fortify and awaken local congregations.

A memorable historical anecdote from his early years illustrates this devotion: during long, exhausting missionary journeys on foot through rough terrains, his ministry companions would firmly insist on carrying him on a *Tipoy* (a traditional local porter's chair). They did this to ensure that their young, talented drummer would arrive at their destination completely safe, preserved, and with full physical strength to lead the congregation into the glorious, heavy presence of God. These foundational experiences deeply forged his character as a sacrificial spiritual guide for his generation. The School of Ministry & Spiritual Fatherhood

The School of Ministry & Spiritual Fatherhood

In 2009, Pastor Franck stepped into a new dispensational chapter of his calling by officially entering the evangelistic ministry. However, it was in the city of Goma that his pastoral heart and apostolic mandate were thoroughly refined.

He was blessed to cross paths with a major spiritual father and mentor: **Bishop Didier Punzu**. Under Bishop Punzu's intense and unforgettable mentorship, Evangelist Franck was rigorously trained in the practical realities of ecclesiastical leadership, sound biblical theology, and the delicate art of shepherding God's flock.

During this season of preparation, the Holy Spirit began to release precise prophetic alignments. God revealed to him that he would soon leave Goma to cross borders into another nation, where a massive, cross-cultural kingdom assignment was awaiting him.

The Cross-Border Mandate: Implantation in Uganda

Obeying the divine promptings, Pastor Franck left Goma in **2017** to settle in Kampala, Uganda. Guided by his innate culture of honor and service, he did not rush to pioneer his own work. Instead, he chose to submit and collaborate, serving faithfully for two years alongside Pastor James at *Amen Christ Embassy*, where he was warmly integrated into the local Ugandan community. Afterward, he joined forces for a year with Pastor Mushunganya, consistently laboring for the advancement of the local church.

Enriched by these cross-cultural experiences and propelled by the urgency of the vision received from heaven, he began gathering the very first souls in the open air, directly on the heights of the **Ndeje Mountains**. Driven by the relentless prayers and intercession of his beloved wife, **Maman Zawadi Mbusu**, this small prayer group quickly transformed into the spiritual epicenter known today as Kisima Bethsaida Ministries.

Official Pastoral Ordination

July 20, 2022, remains a sacred and historic milestone in his life. During a powerful and highly publicized *Grand Opening* ceremony in Kampala, his spiritual father, Bishop Didier Punzu, traveled directly from Goma to officially ordain and consecrate him as a Pastor.

This sacred impartation officially launched a fresh season of pastoral authority and apostolic expansion in Kampala. The ceremony was honored by the presence of prominent local leaders, including **Mr. Moses**, the administrative Chairperson of the Makindye division, sealing Pastor Franck’s spiritual and legal credibility within the region.

A Message of Hope, Healing, and Power

Today, Pastor Franck Mubira continues to shepherd Kisima Bethsaida Ministries with a father’s heart. His ministry is defined by a deep love for refugees, broken families, and the vulnerable. Through his leadership, the church has become a major hub for spiritual revival, regularly hosting international generals of faith to bless the land of Uganda.

Pastor Franck believes that the Church should not only be a place of weekly worship but a practical mirror of Christ's tangible love—a divine hospital where every wounded soul can find the strength to rise, heal, and reign.
